Requirements
- A 3-year tertiary qualification in Information Systems and Technology
- Proficiency in MS Office package, especially Excel
- Unemployed South African graduates below 35 years
- Reside in Cape Town
Key Performance Areas
- Verifying accuracy of transactional documentation and updating system information
- Handling service requests as needed
- Managing and modifying existing databases and database management systems
- Conducting investigations, research, analysis, and reporting
- Planning and organizing resources
- Managing administrative activities, including transcription of qualitative data
