The successful candidate will coordinate team activities, manage diaries, organize meetings, and handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Diary, Meetings, and Travel Management
- Manage the manager’s diary using Outlook
- Coordinate meetings, including setting up MS Teams links
- Prepare meeting documentation and minutes
- Arrange travel bookings and team events
Administrative Support
- Assist visitors and manage office documentation
- Support with typing, filing, and office supplies
- Maintain contact databases and project documentation
Account and Cost Management
- Request quotes and process purchase orders
- Follow up with vendors and handle invoice reconciliation
- Manage expenses and corporate credit card submissions
Logistical and Operations Support
- Organize office moves and team events
- Manage vendor relationships and onboarding
- Oversee office supplies and catering arrangements
Education & Experience
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 with a diploma in Office Administration
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Some experience in banking is advantageous
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication
