What You Will Do
The role provides engineering graduates with a challenging environment to develop practical skills and gain valuable experience.
Reporting to the Engineering & Maintenance Manager, responsibilities include:
- Managing industrial projects and pilot products
- Optimizing plant layout and operational flow based on the master plan
- Standardizing engineering practices at the Fitment Centre
- Deploying the “Engineering Way of Working” (WoW) in daily tasks
- Enhancing maintenance department efficiency, including layout redesign and spare parts management
- Supporting strategic plans for maintenance (2026–2028)
- Establishing and documenting standardized product maintenance practices
Qualification

- Diploma/Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Project Management
