This is a permanent role within the Sales & Distribution department, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the aviation industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, managing issues such as delays and cancellations, explaining processes, and providing outstanding support.
The role involves working in a team, often beyond regular hours, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

- Receive and manage customer calls effectively
- Address problems like delays and cancellations
- Explain airline processes and assist customers as needed

Job Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 1 to 4 years’ experience in a Call Centre environment
- Travel or relevant qualification is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken, read, written)
- Solid computer literacy
- Excellent phone etiquette
- No criminal or credit record
- Ability to work on weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours
- Own transport would be advantageous

- 07:00 – 16:00
