Key Responsibilities
Participants will support different business functions, contributing to the effective operation of the organization while gaining accelerated, practical work experience.
Who We Are Looking For
Programme Eligibility:
- South African citizenship
- Completed Grade 12 or Matric certificate
- Additional tertiary qualifications are advantageous
- Not permanently employed
- Less than 2 years’ work experience
- Ages between 18 – 30 years
- Commitment to the 12-month programme
- Must not have completed a YES Learnership previously
Desired Skills and Attributes:
- Strong academic record
- Computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Good time management
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
