About the Role
The successful candidates will work closely with various departments, including Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain, providing valuable insights that influence strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for graduates eager to develop their skills in cost management, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cost Management & Analysis
- Analyse production and operating costs across business units.
- Assist with cost allocation models and ensure accurate cost tracking.
- Partner with operations to monitor cost performance and identify efficiencies.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes for direct and indirect costs.
2. Sales & Commercial Reporting
- Prepare and present commercial performance reports (revenue, margins, sales trends).
- Conduct profitability analysis by product, region, and customer segment.
- Track performance against sales targets and perform variance analysis.
- Collaborate with the commercial team on pricing strategies and promotional effectiveness.
3. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial insights.
- Present financial results and analysis to internal stakeholders.
- Support strategic projects and ad hoc commercial analysis.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- CTA Qualification or Honours in Management Accounting or Finance.
- Strong academic record.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and working with large data sets.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
