1. Temp: Finance Coordinator

Job Overview
The Finance Coordinator will support the NFVF’s Finance Department by providing essential financial services to ensure smooth operations.

Duration: 8 months
Job Purpose
To assist in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial administration, ensuring the efficient functioning of the finance department.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant Finance or Accounting Degree/National Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Knowledge of SAGE Evolution is advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain petty cash records and reconcile statements
- Process payments, load requisitions, and handle general ledger inputs
- Prepare cashbook and ledger reconciliations
- Manage office stationery, assets, and building administration
- Provide administrative support to the finance team
Skills & Attributes
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

2. Temp: HR Coordinator

To provide efficient HR administrative services, supporting various HR functions within the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of South African labour legislation
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing and employee records
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and staff development activities
- Assist with internship programs and staff events
- Maintain accurate staff files and generate employment contracts
- Liaise with medical aid and provident fund administrators

3. Temp: SCM Coordinator

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for executing procurement and administrative functions related to Supply Chain Management.

Job Purpose
To efficiently administer procurement processes, coordinate meetings, and manage supplier data.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Finance
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Experience with SAGE Evolution is advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bid specifications, evaluations, and adjudications
- Draft and send appointment and meeting documents for SCM committees
- Record and file meeting proceedings and documentation
- Maintain supplier database and handle purchase requisitions and orders
- Coordinate quarterly supplier performance evaluations
Skills & Attributes
- Knowledge of supply chain procedures and public sector processes
- Strong organizational and data management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
