McCain Foods is seeking suitably qualified candidates for the position of Graduate Trainee: Environment.

This temporary, full-time position is based in Rosebank, Johannesburg, with the training period lasting 6 months.
The trainee will support the Environmental Manager in managing the ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ensuring compliance with environmental legislation and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing ISO14001:2015 policies, procedures, and legal requirements
- Support environmental compliance audits and inspections
- Conduct environmental awareness training
- Monitor and evaluate environmental performance
- Contribute to environmental risk management and sustainability initiatives
Requirements
- National Diploma/Degree in Environmental Management
- Previous experience in the food industry is advantageous
