Fundraiser

Location: Pretoria

Job Overview

CANSA invites applications for a Fundraiser to join their team on a permanent basis. The role involves fundraising and income generation through national projects and special events, as well as volunteer management.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Grade 12, with a qualification in Event Management advantageous
  • At least 1 year’s experience in fundraising
  • Extensive knowledge of the local area and businesses
  • Proficient in Microsoft OfficeInternet applications, and social media skills

  • Excellent customer service and professionalism

  • Ability to work over weekends
  • Non-smoker

HR Support Officer

Job Overview

CANSA is offering a permanent position for a Junior HR Support Officer within the HR Department. The role involves supporting HR inquiries, recruitment, administrative tasks, and HR project coordination.

Key Requirements

  • Preferably a 3-year qualification in Human Resources with at least 3 years’ HR experience, or Grade 12 with 5+ years’ proven HR experience
  • Prior experience with VIP Payroll is essential

  • Knowledge of relevant legislation (BCEA, EE Act, Skills Development Act, Labour Relations Act)
  • Strong HR administration and people management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Officeinternet applications, and HR software

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid Code 8 Driver’s License and own transport advantageous
  • Non-smoker
