Job Overview

The Office Clerk will provide essential administrative support within the Human Capital Management division, specifically in Facilities Management & Physical Security.

The role involves managing stock, courier services, venue bookings, and general office administration to ensure smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock control and inventory management (stationery)
  • Coordination of Courier Services
  • Managing Venue Bookings
  • Handling General Office Administration

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (NQF level 4) or a Certificate in Office Administration/Business Administration

Experience:

  • 0–1 years in roles such as Secretary, Administration Officer, Inventory Officer, or Office Administrator within a corporate or public sector organization
  • 2 years experience as a Stock Controller or General Administration Officer in similar settings

Technical Competencies

  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Knowledge of PFMASITA business processesERP systems
  • Experience with Stationery ManagementMail Sorting & DistributionCourier Services, and Venue Booking Systems
