The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment invites applications for six (6) posts of Administration Clerk: Operational Support on a 12-month contract.
The successful candidates will support fire management and administrative functions within the department.

Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- A Grade 12 certificate
- Knowledge of Integrated Fire Management and Fire Systems
- Experience with electronic filing systems
- Understanding of EPWP and its requirements
- Knowledge of SHEQ procedures and standards and Public Service Regulation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in managing transformation programmes
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Sound research, numerical, analytical, and presentation skills
- Ability to plan and organize, work individually and in teams, and manage conflicts
- Sense of responsibility, loyalty, and service orientation
- A developed sense of honesty and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Duties
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Providing data review and analysis support
- Supporting the review of Fire Management System data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assisting with EPWP data review from business information systems
- Preparing and coordinating evidence and documents for monthly KPIs and EPWP reporting
- Supporting compliance verification, including Second Party Assessments and OHS audits
- Verifying data prior to audits and maintaining accurate records of reviewed data and payment evidence
- Updating and monitoring internal systems for management review
