You will collaborate closely with leadership to shape and implement HR initiatives that align with our long-term goals—transforming strategy into actionable plans to empower teams, develop talent, and enhance organizational capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR frameworks including policies, procedures, and KPIs
- Advise management on employee relations, performance, and people practices
- Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding processes
- Drive employee development through training, performance management, and engagement
- Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs
- Ensure legal compliance and champion Employment Equity and Skills Development
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 3 years of managerial HR experience
- Strong knowledge of all HR processes and HR legal matters
- Demonstrated leadership, management, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
