Requirements
- Matriculation/Grade 12/Senior Certificate.
- Knowledge of relevant Labour Legislation, UIF policies, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Treasury Regulations, Batho Pele Principles, and departmental policies.
- Skills in communication, computer literacy, conflict management, customer relations, interpretation of legislation, and administrative functions.
Duties
- Provide screening and administrative services.
- Process applications for UIF benefits.
- Register payment continuation forms.
- Facilitate customer relations and administrative functions.
