Requirements (General)
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in relevant fields such as Human Resources Management, Finance, Accounting, or related Social Sciences.
- Eligibility: New entrants to the respective fields; no prior internship experience in the specific area.
- Skills: Computer literacy (MS Office), good communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
- Attributes: Time management, confidentiality, client focus, results orientation, stress tolerance.
