Job Title: Young Talent Trainee

This is a 24-month rotational training program designed to develop technical, professional, and industry skills across various departments within the company.
The program aims to prepare trainees for future roles in operations, electrical/mechanical, finance, and related areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete training modules to build technical and professional skills
- Rotate across different departments to gain diverse experience
- Shadow experienced staff and participate in mentorship activities
- Contribute to projects and collaborate with teams
- Seek feedback for continuous improvement
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
HSEQ Commitment
Candidates will be expected to manage and minimise HSE risks by ensuring compliance with all HSE policies and legal requirements and promoting a safe working environment.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Matric Plus
- B/BTech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or Finance disciplines
- Geographically mobile candidates preferred
- NQ5 qualification in Accounting Technician (for finance applicants)
Skills & Experience:
- 0-5 years of work experience
- Strong academic record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking
