Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
- Grade 12
Experience:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant discipline
- Experience in technical field operations
Skills and Competencies
- Physical stamina and ability to work with power and hand tools
- Knowledge of cabling construction practices and safety procedures
- Ability to work at heights and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Skills in hazard identification (HIRA), conflict resolution, and communication
Knowledge
- Understanding of work procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to identify and use tools and equipment effectively
- Practical technical skills and knowledge of OHSA standards
