PepsiCo, a global leader in food and beverage, is seeking three Sales Learners (Temporary) for the Port Elizabeth Distribution Centre.
This structured 12-month learnership combines theoretical and practical training in sales, marketing, and customer management.
Successful candidates will gain valuable experience in sales techniques, negotiation, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete a 12-month structured learnership
- Attain revenue and volume targets per the Annual Operating Plan
- Achieve 100% customer call rate and 90% strike rate
- Maintain stales threshold rate below 0.5%
- Prospect and secure new business
- Oversee cash and stock management
- Analyze reports to improve route efficiency
- Support company cost control through vehicle management
- Adhere to all safety and operational policies
- Maintain company assets such as hand-held devices, vehicles, uniforms, and mobile phones
Qualifications
- 3-year Business/Commercial Tertiary qualification
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license
- Valid Public Driver’s Permit
