Participants will gain practical experience through on-the-job training, including attending meetings, shadowing staff, and researching information for reports.
This programme aims to develop high-calibre professionals for careers in private banking, with the best performers being offered permanent positions based on their performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in practical on-the-job training within private banking environments
- Attend meetings, shadow experienced staff, and research relevant information
- Assist in preparing reports to gain insights into wealth management for high-net-worth clients
- Develop skills in financial planning, investment strategies, and client relationship management
- Demonstrate performance and potential for permanent employment opportunities
Candidate Requirements
- Completed FAIS accredited NQF Level 7 Undergraduate or NQF Level 8 Postgraduate qualification in fields such as BCom Investments, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Financial Management, Accounting, or Economics
- Must pass a credit record check in accordance with the National Credit Act (NCA)
- Demonstrate strong academic performance and a passion for private banking and wealth management
