This exciting opportunity allows participants to gain valuable workplace experience while working towards a recognized NQF5 qualification in Short Term Insurance.
The program offers practical exposure in underwriting and claims, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and a pathway to a potential career within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in a structured learnership combining theoretical training with practical workplace experience.
- Gain hands-on skills in underwriting and claims management.
- Collaborate with experienced industry professionals to develop your insurance knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Age: 18-35 years old
- Employment Status: Currently unemployed
- Education: Passed matric with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (40%+) and English First Language or First Additional Language (40%+)
- Learnership Experience: Must not have participated in an INSETA Learnership in the past 18 months
- Location: Reside in Cape Town, Gqeberha, or Johannesburg
