This role involves supporting the Planned Maintenance Department through administrative duties and system management, contributing to the company’s ongoing strategy of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Capturing Planned Maintenance information accurately into systems
- Filing maintenance job cards for easy access and record-keeping
- Assisting with creating stores reservations and purchase requisitions
- Monitoring and reporting on job card backlog and urgent/critical reports
- Supporting general administrative duties within the department
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 certificate
- Studying towards a relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
Minimum Experience & Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Previous administrative experience is advantageous
