Job Summary
Eskom is seeking a qualified and experienced SHEQ Auditor to join their SHEQ Management Department within the Governance and Compliance Business Unit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving management systems (including BMS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 17025) and verifying compliance with legal requirements through internal and external audits.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
- Systems Implementation and Auditing certification
- National Diploma in Safety, Environmental Management, or Quality Management
Experience
- At least 3 years of knowledge and experience in implementing management systems
- At least 2 years of auditing experience within a SHEQ environment
- Knowledge and experience of Power Station Plant and Workshop processes (advantageous)

Knowledge
- Good understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Ability to apply relevant parts of the management systems and procedures
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations (e.g., OHS Act 85 of 1993) related to processes, products, and services

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule audits across all departments within the organization
- Conduct audits and compile detailed audit reports
- Develop irrefutable audit reports and monitor system deficiencies
- Ensure closure of identified issues and track audit ratings
- Promote continuous improvement and safety in all processes
