Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and problem-solving abilities.
They should be adaptable, proactive, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of PANDA/SAP and ODBC is essential, along with high emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Maintain clear and effective communication with dealers regarding their orders and potential issues.
- Respond and follow up on dealer inquiries related to parts availability, pricing, order status, parts claims, and cancellations.
- Act as first point of contact for dealer queries via helpdesk ticketing system, phone, and email.
- Resolve dealer and customer concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
- Provide solutions and alternatives within specified turnaround times and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a positive attitude while calmly addressing complaints.
- Collaborate with warehouse and aftersales teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Assist with price deviation requests.
- Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Matric/Grade 12 – Mathematics & English
- National diploma/Equivalent in Logistics, SCM, Sales & Marketing, or a related business field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Automotive Aftersales, or a related environment
