About the Internship Programme
Are you a motivated, creative, and enthusiastic graduate seeking practical work experience in water resources management?
The Inkomati-Usuthu Catchment Management Agency (IUCMA) is offering a 24-month Graduate Development Trainee / Internship Program designed to develop skilled professionals in various fields within the water and environmental sectors.
The Inkomati-Usuthu CMA is a water resources management institution established under the National Water Act (Act 36 of 1998).
It operates within the Inkomati-Usuthu Water Management Area (WMA) in Mpumalanga Province.
Funded primarily by the Energy and Water Sector Education and Training Authority (EWSETA), IUCMA is committed to advancing skills development and promoting sustainable, equitable water management.
Program Details
- Duration: 24 months
- Stipend: As per IUCMA policy
Eligibility: Unemployed graduates aged 35 years or younger who have achieved a minimum of 60% in their final year of study.
- Application Closing Date: 20 June 2025 at 16:00
Applicants must not have previously participated in an internship in the Public Service or Private Sector.
