Job Summary

Key Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Office Management/Administration/Business degree preferred
- 6 months general administrative experience advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience a plus)
- Valid Code B driver’s license advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer and redirect incoming calls, greet visitors
- Manage head office expenditure through PRs and purchase receipts
- Assist with staff birthday memos and scheduling meetings
- Take and distribute meeting minutes
- Manage petty cash and arrange training room setups
- Coordinate catering and monitor head office services
- Engage with service providers for lease/building needs
- Maintain stock of consumables and ensure office cleanliness
- Handle travel arrangements for staff and training
Logistics Controller

Job Summary
The Logistics Controller will oversee operational activities affecting stock, including shipping, drumming, road, rail, and transfer operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with Mathematics
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Customs clearing experience and liquid bulk storage/shipping experience preferred
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage shipment documentation and tank planning
- Record dips, ATG readings, and report losses/gains
- Liaise with internal teams and customers
- Prepare weekly losses & gains reports
- Coordinate vessel loading, monitor transfers, and manage drums
- Verify orders, manage vehicle status, and handle documentation
- Maintain driver and carrier data, including PDP and inductions
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of Bidvest standards and SAP systems
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize
- High integrity and confidentiality
- Knowledge of tank farm operations, safety, and security procedures
Operator Level 2 (Drumming)

- At least 2 years operational experience with BTT
- Code 8 Driver’s License preferred
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute site activities per procedures
- Maintain plant equipment and report issues
- Prepare tanks and lines for operations
- Load/unload drums, activate heat systems
- Manage tank keys and operational handovers
- Report losses/gains and manage environmental safety
- Operate effluent and separator systems
Core Competencies
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of pumps, valves, and operating procedures
- Teamwork orientation
- Proficiency in SAP and relevant BTT systems
