Job Summary
The Human Capital Intern will participate in learning programmes to enhance individual and organizational growth, supporting various HR functions and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Human Capital team
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives
- Aid in learning and development activities, including logistics for training sessions
- Assist in data collection and HR reporting
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed
Minimum Requirements
- Commitment to the full 12-month programme
- Monthly stipend provided
- Valid Degree/NQF Level 7 in Human Resource Management or related field
- Currently pursuing a postgraduate Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Clear criminal and credit records
- Valid South African ID
Educational Qualifications
- GET Certificate in Business, Commerce, and Management Studies (Required)
