1. Transport Administration Assistant
Location: Gqeberha (Deal Party), Eastern Cape, South Africa

Key Requirements:
- Matric qualification (a transport management qualification is advantageous)
- 3-4 years of experience in transport operations, with solid container movement knowledge
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, client updates, and driver communication
- Ensure documentation accuracy and proper handling of PODs and trip sheets
- Liaise with loading/unloading sites and manage administration tasks such as updating systems and reviewing delivery notes
Skills Needed:
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office, transport management systems)
2. Transport Controller
Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
Closing Date: 21 May 2025
Reference Number: BIL250513-1
Job Type: Fixed Term Contract
Key Requirements:
- Matric and relevant Transport or Logistics diploma/degree
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in transport and logistics, especially container transport
- Proficiency in MS Office and transport systems
- Valid driver’s license
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily and weekly operational planning
- Manage documentation flow and troubleshoot operational issues
- Conduct shift briefings, monitor driver activities, and ensure vehicle maintenance
- Support reporting, audits, and SLA/KPI management
Skills Needed:
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and legislation
