- Must reside in KwaZulu-Natal
- 0 to 1 year of HR experience
- Completed tertiary HR qualification or related field
Key Responsibilities
The intern will provide essential administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, assisting with various recruitment activities.
Main Duties Include:
- Supporting recruitment administration processes
- Conducting reference checks promptly and thoroughly
- Ensuring MIE checks are accurately recorded
- Assisting with interview scheduling
- Providing first-line support to e-Recruitment system users
- Coordinating with external service providers and internal teams
- Managing workflows for payments
- Performing general admin tasks as needed
