Purpose of the Role
The Marketing Assistant will support daily payment processing for Retailers, manage customer compliance with credit policies, assist with contract management, and provide onboarding support to new customers.
The role involves serving as a customer liaison, updating accounts, and supporting promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions
- Prepare management reports on performance metrics
- Support after-sales activities to enhance customer retention
- Manage customer queries and resolve issues
- Coordinate fuel deliveries and monitor stock levels
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Promote the Sasol FuelEasy Program to Retailers
- Keep the FMS Site List updated with site information
- Assist marketing teams with promotional initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in administration or similar roles
