Planned Maintenance Clerk

Requirements:
- Grade 12 or Engineering N3 or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in Planned Maintenance
- Experience with maintenance notification processing and issuing reservations/requisitions
- SAP Planned Maintenance experience
- MS Office proficiency
- Office Administration or Planned Maintenance certificates (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain health, safety, and environment standards
- Manage SAP master data and financial policies
- Capture and analyze planned maintenance data
- Ensure timely loading of maintenance schedules and notifications
- Support equipment reliability and availability

Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM) Engineer

Requirements:
- National Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Heavy Current Engineering
- Government Certificate of Competency Mines & Works
- Minimum 10 years engineering experience, including 3 years as TMM engineer
- Experience in project management (advantageous)
- Valid Driver’s Licence
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage TMM operations ensuring safety and efficiency
- Develop maintenance strategies and ensure compliance with legislation
- Optimize equipment availability and manage resources
- Liaise with procurement and ensure safety standards are met
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives

- Develop and implement asset care strategies
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety compliance
- Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and data management
- Oversee training and development of maintenance personnel
- Control maintenance materials and facilities
