TDM Unemployed Learnership Programme is designed to equip young South Africans with industry-relevant skills in travel and tourism, providing both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
Application Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- South African citizen with a Matric Certificate
- Aged 18 to 25 years at the time of application
- Passed Geography and/or Tourism with a minimum of 65% (Maths/Maths Literacy will be an added advantage)
- Not registered for another learnership
- Have not completed an NQF Level 5 or higher qualification
- Committed to the 12-month learnership duration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is advantageous
- Demonstrates attention to detail, good communication, and problem-solving skills
What the Learnership Entails
Participants will benefit from:
- Theory and practical training conducted at our Bryanston Offices by industry leaders
- Opportunity to obtain a Higher Certificate in General Travel (NQF Level 5) upon successful completion
- Attendance Monday to Friday
- A monthly stipend will be provided
- Potential employment opportunity after successful completion of the programme
