The Office of the CEO of the Trade & Investment KwaZulu-Natal (TIKZN) is seeking interns.

TIKZN is the premier South African trade and inward investment promotion agency for the KwaZulu-Natal province, established under the KwaZulu-Natal Trade and Investment Agency Act, No. 5 of 2010.
Qualifications and Competencies
Candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Legal, Communication, Linguistics, Business or an equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities
The successful intern will be expected to support various functions, including but not limited to:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of the annual Board and sub-committees meeting calendar.
- Supporting the preparation and distribution of agendas and meeting papers for the Board and sub-committees.
- Compiling minutes of meetings for the Board, sub-committees, MANCO, Investment Forum, and other committees.
- Providing support to ensure administration of the Access to Information Act.
- Filing and maintaining records for future reference.
- Monitoring the updating and approval of organizational policies.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
