REQUIREMENTS:
- Matriculation / Grade 12
- Skills in Interpersonal communication, Telephone etiquette, Interviewing, Computer Literacy, Legislation interpretation, and Problem solving
- Knowledge of Labour Legislations and Regulations, Private Employment Agency regulations, ILO conventions, Public Service Regulations, Public Service Act, Departmental Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, and Batho Pele Principles
DUTIES:
- Render services at the help desk as the first point of entry within Registration Services
- Provide Employment Services to clients visiting the Labour Centre
- Resolve complaints related to Labour Legislations received from clients
- Manage Unemployment Insurance Benefits for Injuries & Diseases Act (COIDA) and employer registration forms for COIDA
