The successful candidate will support the Learning & Development team, assisting in implementing learning solutions and maintaining L&D processes aligned with strategic priorities.
Important Requirements:
- Relevant HR Degree or Diploma
- 1-3 years’ L&D experience, including training material development
- Skills in Excel and PowerPoint (Intermediate to Advanced)
- Experience with LMS365 is advantageous
- Registered ODETDP Practitioner (beneficial)
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting L&D infrastructure and processes
- Building stakeholder relationships
- Assisting with in-country learning initiatives
- Monitoring progress and ensuring compliance
- Developing training materials
