Successful candidates will promote products and services, build lasting client relationships, and achieve sales targets through inbound and outbound calls.
The role requires providing personalized customer solutions, upselling, and maintaining high quality standards.
Key Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Minimum 12 months telesales experience
- Fluent in English
- Relevant FAIS and RE5 qualifications (Fit and Proper Requirements)
- Insurance and Service & Maintenance sales experience is advantageous
Important:
- Maintain a minimum 90% QA score
- Adhere to 4 hours talk time and 7 hours productivity daily
- Comply with all FirstRand policies and legislative requirements
