Job Summary:
The Trainee Virtual Adviser will provide advice and support in the implementation and development of operational planning and associated service delivery processes, methods, and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with operational planning and service delivery processes
- Supporting compliance with FAIS regulations and requirements
- Developing product knowledge and client advisory skills
FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements Applicable to this Role (Advice and Intermediary Service):
- FSCA-Approved Qualification
- Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5)
- Relevant Experience as per the FAIS Act
- Product Specific Training upon onboarding
- Class of Business Training
- Participation in Continuous Professional Development
- Attest to Honesty, Integrity, and Good Standing
Educational Requirements:
- Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
