Program Overview:
Africa Data Centres’ Graduate Program aims to nurture young talent by offering mentorship and guidance from a dedicated leadership team.
The program covers various disciplines, including:
- Bcom Finance and Accounting (Johannesburg)
- Information Technology (Johannesburg)
- Environmental/SHE/Risk Management (Cape Town based)
- Marketing/Public Relations (Johannesburg)
- BEng Electrical/Mechanical / BSc / Computer Science (Johannesburg)
- Energy (Johannesburg)
Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:
- NQF Level 5 qualification or above from a recognized institution
- Be a South African Citizen
- Possess excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
- Be computer literate and proficient in MS Office
- Have less than 12 months’ work experience
- All appointments are subject to verification of educational and criminal checks
- Must be committed to completing the 12-month program
- Be ready to onboard on 2 June 2025
