About the Programme
The Group Internal Audit Graduate Programme aims to elevate talented graduates into the internal audit and financial industry space, providing a launchpad for future leaders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering specific elements of audit assignments following Old Mutual’s rigorous methodology and quality standards.

Requirements: Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Qualification: Tertiary qualification in Finance (B.Com or B.BusSci) with a postgraduate qualification in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Financial Quants, Financial/Quantitative Risk Management, or similar.
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
- Academic Achievement: Achieved a minimum of 65% average across your studies.
- Employment Equity: Appointment will align with Old Mutual South Africa’s Employment Equity Plan and relevant business unit.
