Candidate Profile:
Ideal candidates possess a balanced blend of intellect, technical skills, and a consulting mindset. They are passionate, self-motivated, resilient, and eager problem solvers who value integrity and ethical conduct.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degrees in Economics, Development Studies, International Development, Public Policy, Sustainability, or related fields
- Master’s degrees in the above disciplines are highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership potential and project management ability
- Strong analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative)
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English
Location & Work Arrangements:
This intake is targeted at candidates based in South Africa and Kenya with existing legal work rights.
Preference is for analysts to be based at our offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town, or Nairobi. A hybrid work model will be adopted, combining in-office and remote work.
