Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation, and a proud part of the University of Cambridge, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programme Leader to deliver bespoke leadership training programmes for aspiring school leaders in Riyadh.
About the Role:
The Programme Leader will be responsible for the full management of a new leadership training program, delivered within a training academy in Riyadh.
This is a hands-on, full-time position focused on the following key duties:
- Instruction: Leading, delivering, and managing daily training sessions for aspiring school leaders.
- Curriculum Development & Management: Contributing to and refining the curriculum, ensuring adherence to educational standards and program objectives.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Developing and implementing assessment methodologies to track participant progress and program effectiveness.
- Academic Tutoring: Providing individualized support and guidance to trainees.
- Administration: Managing training schedules, resources, and logistical requirements.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with trainees, instructors, and school partners.
- Professional Development: Maintaining current knowledge and skills within K12 leadership and educational best practices.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Providing ongoing support, guidance, and constructive feedback to trainees.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven K12 classroom teaching experience: Minimum [Number] years of experience.
- K12 School Leadership Experience: Minimum [Number] years of experience in a leadership role.
- Extensive Understanding of Pedagogy and Leadership Theories: Demonstrated knowledge and application of relevant frameworks.
- Strong Training Expertise: A proven track record of effectively training and developing others.
- Fluency in English: Essential
- Arabic Proficiency: Highly desirable
- Experience with online teaching tools: Essential
- Bachelor’s Degree: Essential. Relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Teaching Credential: Essential
- Experience delivering leadership programs (desirable): Experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a significant advantage.

- Experience supporting, evaluating, coaching, and mentoring trainees: Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

- High adaptability and flexibility: The ability to work independently and within a team environment.
