The People and Culture Team
This team is currently in its foundational phase, embarking on a transformative journey to enhance the workplace environment at CAMFED.

Key Responsibilities
The People Operations Coordinator will:
- Provide administrative support to streamline operations within the local People Operations Hub.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate people data for reporting and compliance within HiBOB.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, reporting findings to the People Operations Manager.
- Assist in the recruitment process, ensuring all candidates receive a welcoming and informative experience.
- Oversee the management of the recruitment inbox and support onboarding initiatives.
- Help administer employment contracts and assist with pay and benefits logistics as needed.
- Collaborate with People Operations Coordinators across multiple teams to ensure consistent alignment of practices.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the People Operations Manager.
Candidate Profile
Candidates must possess:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities, coupled with acute attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and the capacity to self-manage while multitasking.
- Proven experience providing administrative support in a team setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google tools, and a willingness to gain knowledge in People and Culture practices.
