Program Overview:
The KPMG graduate recruitment program aims to seek out high-performing graduates ready to make their mark.
Selected individuals will gain exposure to industry best practices and engage in insightful projects that will foster their professional growth while encouraging them to think outside the box.

Minimum Requirements:
Kenya:
- Graduating Year: 2024 or by August 2025
- University Grade: Second Class Upper/GPA of 3.0 and above
- High School Grade: Minimum B in KCSE with B in English & Math or equivalent
- Specialization: Bachelor’s degree in any field
Rwanda:
- Graduating Year: 2024 and 2025
- University Grade: Second Class Upper/GPA of 3.0 or cumulative average of 70% and above
- High School Grade: Minimum of B in three principal subjects of Rwanda Advanced Certificate of Education (A2)
- Specialization: Bachelor’s degree in any field
Tanzania:
- Graduating Year: 2024 or by August 2025
- University Grade: Second Class Upper/GPA of 3.5 and above
- High School Grade: Minimum Division 2 at O’ Level, with B in CSSE and B in English & Math
- Specialization: Bachelor’s degree in any field
Uganda:
- Graduating Year: 2024 or by August 2025
- University Grade: Second Class Upper/CGPA of 4.0 and above
- High School Grade: Credits in Maths & English and a minimum of 14 points at A-Level
- Specialization: Bachelor’s degree in any field
Additional Qualifications:
- Graduates in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda must have completed coursework and project by August 2025 and must obtain a completion letter from their university.
- Professional qualifications and international exam experience at the high school level are advantages.
- Proficiency in computer skills, along with additional international language skills, will be beneficial.
