Location: Ottawa, Ontario (Hybrid)
Status: Full-time, 18-month term, unionized
Salary: $67,966.33 – $89,439.04

Oxfam Canada seeks a Funding Officer for its International Programs department.
This role will focus on advancing the funding diversification efforts critical to improving the lives and rights of women and girls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and identify institutional funding opportunities.
- Foster relationships with government and foundation donors.
- Lead proposal development and ensure quality control on submissions.
- Collaborate across departments to support institutional funding strategy.
Qualifications:
- University degree in a related field or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with institutional donor relationships and funding proposals.
- Strong communication skills and collaboration capabilities.
- Commitment to women’s rights and Oxfam’s values.
