Job Intro:
The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is seeking enthusiastic interns to join their team as Event Registration Assistants.

Job Summary:
The intern will support the Conference Services (COS) Unit within the Bureau of Administration and Services (ADB). Reporting to the Registration Coordinator, the Event Registration Assistant will primarily assist with the registration process for the upcoming 42nd ICAO Assembly scheduled between August and October 2025.
Responsibilities include managing online registrations, providing support to participants during hybrid and in-person meetings, and ensuring smooth operations at the registration booth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update participant registration lists.
- Assist in virtual/hybrid meeting registrations and check-ins.
- Operate onsite registration booths and guide participants.
- Prepare and distribute event badges.
- Collaborate with the registration team and event organizers.

Conditions of Employment:
- This is an unpaid internship; all expenses are to be covered by the intern.
- Interns must commit to a full-time schedule for a duration of six months.
