
The Chicago Bulls are in search of two highly motivated individuals to join their Rotational Development Program for the 2025-2026 season.
This unique program presents a 9-month seasonal opportunity designed for career growth, particularly for those eager to learn more about the business side of sports.
Ideal candidates are recent college graduates or individuals at the early stages of their careers in sports.
During the season, Rotational Associates will rotate through three different departments, collaborating with dynamic teams to cultivate their understanding of the organization and its culture through meaningful on-the-job experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain valuable experience and develop essential skills relevant to a career in sports.
- Contribute positively to the team’s culture through the establishment of strong working relationships with fellow team members.
- Positions are set to begin in August 2025 and conclude in May 2026, with rotations lasting 12 weeks each. Selections for rotations will be based on business needs and will be communicated to Associates by July 2025.

- Business Strategy & Analytics
- Brand Communications
- Community Relations
- Corporate Partnerships Sales
- Content
- Partnership Marketing
- People & Culture
- Season Ticket Service
Key Program Elements:
Project Management: Associates will be assigned specific goals and projects during each rotation, coupled with daily tasks to foster a comprehensive understanding of departmental objectives.
Learning & Networking: Participation in learning events such as Learning & Leadership Series, Town Halls, and Spotlight Series will be encouraged.
Mentorship: Each Associate will receive guidance from a mentor aimed at enhancing the Program experience, providing insights and opportunities for networking and shadowing.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will display the following attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A keen interest and strong desire to pursue a career in the sports industry
- Demonstrated strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Highly detail-oriented with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in communication skills (both written and verbal)
- An excellent team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
This position may require flexible work hours, including availability during evenings and weekends.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay of $19 plus commission eligibility.
- Relocation stipend for candidates moving to Illinois.
