Call for Applications: Individual Consultant for IW:LEARN Junior Communications and Knowledge Management Specialist
UNESCO is seeking applications from eligible Individual Consultants for the position of IW:LEARN Junior Communications and Knowledge Management Specialist in the IOC/MPR/IWLEARN5 project.

Technical Proposal
- Up-to-date curriculum vitae including:
- A portfolio of relevant work
- Contact details of three professional references
- A detailed approach and methodology tailored for the assignment, including a workplan and any comments on the Terms of Reference (maximum 2 pages).
Financial Proposal
- The amount to be charged for the assignment, quoted either in US dollars or euros only.
Evaluation Criteria:
UNESCO prioritizes ensuring that the objectives of the assignment, as described in attachment A, are met. Proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Technical Competence (max 700 points)
- Financial Offer (max 300 points)
The overall best-value proposal will be selected based on the combined scoring method.
Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, including one year at the international level, in communications or project-based communication.
Background and Additional Information:
The selected consultant will support the IW:LEARN Project Coordination Unit with tasks including content management, website updates, knowledge management product development, and communication product dissemination.
The total duration for the assignment is 220 working days over 11 months, from June 2025 to May 2026.
