Who Can Apply?
The Global Master in Performing Arts Management welcomes:
- Graduates (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) pursuing a career in the performing arts or cultural sector
- Candidates with formal education in music, arts, or dance seeking managerial skills
- Professionals (without a degree) with 3–5 years of experience looking to shift careers, especially those knowledgeable in the non-profit sector
- Candidates under the age of 35
Application Process:
To apply for the Gianluca Spina Scholarship, candidates must submit their applications by 18 June 2025 via email to ipa@gsom.polimi.it with the subject line: “GMPAM Borsa di Studio Spina 2025/2027”.
The submission should include:
- A copy of your university degree and final score
- A letter of admittance to the Global Master in Performing Arts Management
- A 1,000-word essay addressing the challenges opera houses face in financial, social, and cultural sustainability using a major international Opera House as a reference
Steps for the Master’s Programme:
- Submit Application: Apply through the GSoM application platform and upload required documents including your CV, motivational letter, two reference letters, passport/EU ID, university transcript, English certificate (if available), and a passport-style photo. A €100 application fee is required.
- Written Test: Candidates will receive a written assignment to submit before the interview.
- Interview: Conducted online (via Microsoft Teams) or in person.
- Final Decision & Enrolment: Successful candidates will receive an email with enrollment instructions.
