The D1 Athlete Development Program at Citi is a unique virtual summer mentorship opportunity created exclusively for student-athletes involved in NCAA Division I sports.
Each participant is paired with a Citi mentor who has a background as a former student-athlete, providing the necessary guidance and insights to navigate the complex world of finance.
Program Highlights Include:

Who We Want to Hear From:
Ideal candidates for this program must meet the following criteria:
- Be an undergraduate first-year or sophomore currently enrolled at a 4-year accredited U.S. institution
- Anticipate graduation between December 2026 and June 2028
- Actively participate in a D1 collegiate sports team, including athletes, team managers, and assistants.
