Are You a Student-Athlete Interested in Financial Services?
The D1 Athlete Development Program at Citi is a unique virtual summer mentorship opportunity created exclusively for student-athletes involved in NCAA Division I sports.

Each participant is paired with a Citi mentor who has a background as a former student-athlete, providing the necessary guidance and insights to navigate the complex world of finance.

Program Highlights Include:

  • Professional Development Support: Gain valuable insights and advice from experienced professionals who understand the challenges of balancing academics and athletics.

Who We Want to Hear From:
Ideal candidates for this program must meet the following criteria:

  • Be an undergraduate first-year or sophomore currently enrolled at a 4-year accredited U.S. institution
  • Anticipate graduation between December 2026 and June 2028
  • Actively participate in a D1 collegiate sports team, including athletes, team managers, and assistants.
