COOP Careers is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved young adults through skill-building, essential career support, and direct access to job opportunities in high-demand industries.
Our mission is to help first-generation and low-income college graduates transition into meaningful careers by equipping them with the tools they need to succeed in today’s competitive labor market.
Fellowship Details:
The COOP Careers Fellowship is designed for motivated individuals who are eager to develop their professional skills and enhance their employability. We offer three dynamic program tracks:
- Data Analytics
Available in: Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco Bay Area - Digital Marketing
Available in: Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco Bay Area - Financial Services
Available in: New York City
To be eligible, applicants must reside within a two-hour radius of one of the specified regions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Before submitting your interest form, please ensure you meet the following criteria:
- You graduated (or will graduate) with a bachelor’s degree between August 14, 2015, and August 14, 2025.
- You are currently unemployed and do not have significant full-time professional work experience, OR you are underemployed. This includes one or more of the following situations:
- You earn less than $50,000 per year.
- You are in a role that does not require a college degree.
- You are working less than 35 hours a week.
- You are a U.S. citizen or are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
- You are at least 21 years old.
- You are a first-generation or low-income college graduate.
- You live in or near one of our service cities.
Important Note for Fall 2025 Cohort:
The COOP Careers Fellowship is part of a study, and due to limited spots available, applicants will be selected through a lottery-like process.
