UNICEF is seeking applications for the position of Junior Administrative Systems Consultant as part of the Refugee and Migrant Response Platform (RMRP) in Italy.

This consultancy role is essential to support UNICEF’s mission to protect and support disadvantaged children, particularly refugees and migrants, amidst various challenges in the child protection system in Italy.
Role Overview
The Consultant will work under the direct supervision of the Country Coordinator to bolster information and knowledge management, as well as provide administrative support. Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and entering data from field and partner reports into the RMRP.
- Updating and generating reports from the internal dashboard and RMRP to inform advocacy efforts.
- Managing administrative tasks such as PEC email support, document preparation, correspondence drafting, meeting coordination, and logistical arrangements.
Key Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in international relations, political sciences, social sciences, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 months’ experience in administrative/logistical support or office management.
- Proficiency with digital forms and data collection tools such as KoBo Toolbox, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Italian, with demonstrable abilities in multicultural environments.
