Eligibility Criteria
The Bayer Foundation Fellowship is open to:
- Trainee teachers or students enrolled in pedagogy programs (Bachelor, Master, PhD, Staatsexamen) with a concentration in STEM subjects.
- Newly qualified teachers with less than three years of experience whose primary focus is on STEM teaching.
- Educators from Grundschule or Förderschule institutions who seek to augment their expertise in STEM education.
Funding and Duration
Fellowships can be awarded for a duration of up to twelve months, with funding available for a maximum amount of €10,000.
